Shipping & Delivery

The Drape Co's curtains and Roman shades are made to order in India. Please allow time for both production and delivery.

Production time

Custom orders normally take 5–7 business days for stitching and processing, as stated in our FAQs.

Delivery after dispatch

Estimated transit time is 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier. Production and transit are separate stages. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks and courier disruptions can affect timing, so these are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

Destinations and shipping charges

We currently accept storefront orders for the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Available delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout for your destination and order. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Customs duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the customer. Please consider these possible charges before ordering. Customs processing can also affect delivery time.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking number and courier details. Follow the courier's tracking link for updates, or see Track Your Order for help.

Address changes or delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before placing the order. If you notice an error, a stalled tracking update or a delivery problem, email us promptly with your order number so we can check the next steps. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping is underway.
