Do you provide help with measurements?

Yes, we provide personal guidance for measurements. You can share your window size and photos with our team, and we will guide you step by step.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. We follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy on all orders since products are made to order. Exchange is allowed only in case of wrong or damaged products.

When is an exchange allowed?

Exchange is accepted only if you received the wrong product or the product is damaged or defective. The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.

How long does it take to process a custom order?

Custom orders take 5–7 business days for stitching and processing.

How long does shipping take after dispatch?

Transit time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the USA and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes payable by the customer.
