Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
The Drape Co follows a strict No Return & No Refund Policy on all orders.
Exchange is allowed only in case of our error, such as:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item
- Product not matching confirmed order details
Exchange Conditions:
- Claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory
- All requests are subject to verification and approval
Shipping for Exchange:
- Shipping is covered by us only if the error is from our side
International Orders:
- Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable
- Customs delays are not eligible for exchange
