Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

The Drape Co follows a strict No Return & No Refund Policy on all orders.

Exchange is allowed only in case of our error, such as:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Product not matching confirmed order details

Exchange Conditions:

  • Claim must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory
  • All requests are subject to verification and approval

Shipping for Exchange:

  • Shipping is covered by us only if the error is from our side

International Orders:

  • Customs duties and local taxes are non-refundable
  • Customs delays are not eligible for exchange
