Care requirements depend on the fabric, embroidery and lining. Always follow the care instructions on your product listing or label. If you are unsure, email feedbackexports@gmail.com before cleaning.

Regular care

• Remove loose dust gently with a soft brush or a vacuum on a low setting with a suitable upholstery attachment.
• Handle embroidered areas, trims and pleats carefully; do not pull loose threads.
• Keep hardware and moving parts free of dust.

Before washing or dry cleaning

Do not assume every curtain can be machine washed. Lined, embroidered, pleated, velvet-feel and specialty fabrics may need professional cleaning. Ask us or a professional cleaner for advice using the details of your particular fabric and lining.

Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning products. Do not iron directly on a blackout coating, print or decorative surface unless its care instructions permit it.

Roman shades

Do not immerse the headrail, cords or operating mechanism in water. Follow the fabric-specific cleaning instructions and seek help before removing the shade from its hardware.

If something is wrong on arrival

Before washing, altering or using a damaged or incorrect item, photograph the issue and contact us promptly. See our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for the reporting requirements.
